It includes the functionality you would expect from any work management system, along with the flexibility to add user defined fields where you want and to define how new fields will interact, all without the need for a programmer or skilled IT technicians.

It also has a resource management module that will check available resources for a particular assignment(s), checking against shift patterns, planned holidays, training courses, sickness etc. thus allowing you to assign jobs to available resources only and effectively plan your work load.

The system also has basic stock reporting and will shortly have an interface to PDA that would be ideal for any service engineers or remote workers that may also work for your organisation!
